We are KRA-registered tax agents and ICPAK-certified accountants. All services are performed in accordance with applicable Kenyan laws, ICPAK professional standards, and international accounting standards.

4. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to provide accurate and timely services, clients agree to:

  • Provide complete, accurate, and timely information and documentation.
  • Notify us promptly of any changes in their business structure, operations, or financial situation.
  • Respond to information requests within agreed timeframes.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all records and information provided to us.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 and our Privacy Policy. Client information is not disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

6. Fees and Payment

Service fees are agreed upon in writing before the commencement of services. Invoices are payable within the terms specified in the engagement letter. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by Kenyan law.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality professional services, Afritech Accounting and Taxation Co. Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
